‘STREET O’CLOCK’ BOOK

Very pleased to announce that my first monographic book, ‘Street O’Clock‘ is coming out soon and it’s already available for pre-order. It is a LIMITED EDITION publication and no additional copies will be printed once the pre-order period ends in September 30th, 2024.

EYESHOT book publisher has selected 100+ of my photographs to include in this book. It’s the Street Photographywork I’ve made from 2012 to 2024 in places like Oslo, Bergen, Barcelona, New York City, Madrid, Kolkata, New Delhi and more.

Street Photography is very much a matter of space and time. The ‘where’ and the ‘when’ are two of the main defining factors of a photograph. They still wouldn’t be much without the photographer’s intent (a clear idea, the ‘why’) but the successful alignment of space and time is a key ingredient of a good street photo, and the book’s title is a reference to that: Street is the ‘where’, the space; O’clock is the ‘when’, the timing. Space and Time; Street and O’clock. Here and Now.
